W22 Chelsea 28 Womens Dress Lined Off Shoulder Sz 10

This beautiful dress is a size 10 and measures approximately 18" armpit to armpit, 22" across the hip seam to seam and 28" top to hem.

I expect payment within three days of end o f bidding.  I use calculated shipping which calculates shipping prices from our zip code 63084 to your zip code.  I usually offer both Priority.  Priority now includes Free Insurance up to $50.00.  For items under 13 oz. I can ship First Class Package if applicable.  I will send an invoice with both shipping prices and let you choose which way you want your package shipped.
